The Company
As a non-commissioned accredited service provider to Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council & NHS North of England Commissioning Support, our working protocols are rigorously monitored to ensure we meet stringent standards of service provision. Formerly known as Mommy’s Little Helper CIC, the company was incorporated in 2011 and our work has evolved over the past 13 years from one that involved working predominantly within Children’s Services, to one that now supports people of all ages & from all walks of life. We felt it was time for our name to reflect our mission to provide fully fund managed support for Social Care & NHS referrals to our team and became DP Support Services CIC on June 1st 2018.
Our aim is to work with you and to get to know your needs.
The Owner
MD and chief consultant, Phillipa Newton is married with two children, one a son with global developmental delay and profound & multiple learning difficulties. All of her knowledge of Direct Payments, Personal Budget Plans, Health Budgets and Continuing Health Care packages stems from her own experience within the Social Care & NHS organisations.
